Non-Apparel [Merchandise]

A Greek Creation Has A 30-Day Return Policy For Non-Apparel [Merchandise] Items, Which Means You Have 30 Days From The Delivery Date To Request A Return Authorization. 
Your Non-Apparel [Merchandise] Item Must Be In "Unused" Condition To Be Eligible For A Return.

 

Apparel

We Want You To Love Your Purchase.  However, If You Are Unsatisfied With The Apparel Item(s) You Received, You Have 5 Days To Request A Return Authorization To Return Your Apparel Item(s) & Receive A Store Credit.

We Do NOT Issue Refunds or Exchanges on Apparel.  All Returns Will Be Processed As A Store Credit & The Funds Will Be Available For You To Use At Your Leisure.

All Permanently Marked-Down Items & Sale Items Are FINAL SALE & Cannot Be Returned. Please Note That If You Purchase An Apparel Item With A Promotional Code & Return The Item, The Promo Code Cannot Be Transferred To Your Next Purchase. All Promo Codes Are VALID ONLY During The Sale. 

 

Return Authorization

To Initiate A Return, Please Contact Us At Info@AGreekCreation.com To Request A Return Authorization.  Please Note – Photos Of Item & Packaging Will Be Required In Order To Receive A Return Authorization.

If A Return Authorization Is Granted, You May Choose Either Of The Following To Return The Item(s):

a)     Return Shipping Label Deducted From The Refund Amount [Min. $9.95]

b)     Utilize A Logistics Carrier Of Your Choosing.  Please Ensure You Use A Traceable Option.

Items Returned Without A Return Authorization Will Not Be Eligible For A Refund, Or A Store Credit.

Please Inspect Your Order & Contact Us Within 5 Calendar Days If The Item Is Damaged, Incorrect or Missing.

If Approved, Refunds Will Be Issued On Your Original Payment Method.  Please Note – Timing May Vary Based On Your Method Of Payment.
